Afuri Aesthetics & Wellness provides aesthetic and wellness services including, but not limited to, facial treatments, laser services, injectable treatments, IV hydration therapy, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and wellness coaching. All services are provided at our facility located at 6365 W. Sample Rd, Coral Springs, FL 33067.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

Scheduling: Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. By booking an appointment, you agree to arrive on time and provide accurate health information during your intake process.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Refunds: All services rendered are non-refundable. Pre-purchased packages or memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated, except as required by applicable law.

5. Memberships

Membership terms, pricing, and benefits are as described at the time of enrollment and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Memberships may be cancelled at any time; however, monthly fees already charged are non-refundable. Membership benefits are non-transferable and for the enrolled member's personal use only.
